Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take within Malaysia?
Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia takes 2–5 business days. For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), delivery takes 5–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Singapore, Australia, and other countries. International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp for shipping rates.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for orders above RM250 within Malaysia. For orders below RM250, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

Products

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all Nusuki products are 100% authentic. Our prayer mats, ihrams, and perfumes are sourced directly from Makkah and Madinah. Our ihrams are manufactured at the Minwal factory in Saudi Arabia.

What is the difference between your prayer mat collections?
We offer several collections: Standard Prayer Mats (lightweight, traditional designs), Memory Foam Prayer Mats (padded for extra comfort), Travel Prayer Mats (compact and portable), Musalla (large prayer area mats), and Kids Prayer Mats (smaller sizes with fun designs).

What sizes do your thobes come in?
Our thobes are available in sizes 50–62 for adults and sizes 30–48 for kids. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements.

Are your perfumes alcohol-free?
Our oil-based perfumes (Oud & Amber, Musk & Rose, Sandalwood, etc.) are alcohol-free. Our spray perfumes and fresheners contain alcohol as per standard perfumery practice.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, FPX (online banking), GrabPay, ShopeePay, Atome (buy now pay later), AliPay, and PayNow.

Is online shopping on Nusuki safe?
Yes, our website is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol which provides privacy and data integrity for all transactions.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact our customer service team immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
